Welcome to Build Homes & Communities, LLC

Our mission at Build Homes & Community (BHC) is to enhance neighborhood quality and inclusivity by building new homes that meet the diverse needs of our communities. Co-founded by Valerie Boucher and LA Williams, BHC prioritizes homeownership as a pathway to generational wealth. We’re not just about building structures; we’re about building secure, sustainable, and beautiful spaces where families can thrive.

Inclusive Development

We believe in creating housing for everyone, regardless of income, by championing mixed-income housing models.

Legacy & Newcomers Together

Our projects embrace both legacy residents and new community members, fostering unity and strength.

Generational Wealth

By making homeownership attainable, we empower families to invest in their future and their communities.
